it will drain.
how ever when it comes time to agitate or spin it make a rubbing sound.
i have tried to turn the agitator by hand both ways one way turns easy the other is hard and fells like its off track .
please advise

Hello is sounds like the motor coupler is broken. I put a link below that show how to repair this issue. It is a very similar model to what you have.

Hi thank you so much for the information I have change the transmission I love her now when I put the machine on and it goes into high spin the basket is shaking Non-Stop and it makes a terrible noise

It had originally wanted would spend it would sound like something was slipping I’m afraid when I turn the washer I did something to the basket but it’s not centered now so you never goes into high spin start shaking

originally it sounded like it was slipping when it went into agitate. as per your instructions i have changed the transmission. and now it works good. HOWEVER when it goes into HIGH SPEED SPIN it sounded like it is knocking against the sides of the machine. i felt it and it seems very loose. can i have made it UN centered when i was working on the machine and laid it on ins back?
