Washer agitates in test mode without load. When load is present washer will not agitate however, will spin. A buzzing type sound occurs when it attempts to agatate under load. A new transmission was installed by a previous service company. It did NOT correct the problem. Tech mode indicates an ERROR code: PC 1. I would like to install the correct part to fix this issue and not look like an idiot. I trust you can help me?

Hi I have attached the service manual for you. Page 22 talks about the error code you are getting. It has to deal with the clutch. I would check for mechanical friction with the clutch since it will work without a load. page 17 shows how to disassemble for the clutch. The manual does not list any troubleshooting procedures for this error code.
