Water and ice dispenser control not working. Light flashing on dispenser control board. It’s the cold light that’s flashing. I replaced the dispenser control board and the light is still flashing. The dispenser control board is not responding to any buttons pushed.

Go to page in the technical diagnostics link below page #56 dispenser issues. This will give you an exact flow chart to follow to diagnose your issue.

I followed the chart but nothing is displayed on the control board. There’s no option for a display board that doesn’t respond. I replaced the previous one and the new one still doesn’t respond when I touch it.
