The washer is spinning, but the clothes are still wet. About 6 months ago changed out pump because it was not draining. Is there an actuator or a motor sensor?

Hello
Do you have any stored error codes? If not sure look at the technician diagnostic link below on how to enter into the diagnostic mode. During the spin routine the water level is checked continuously. During this routine , the pressure switch senses foam suds in the wash tub. The CCU will stop the drive motor and basket from spinning. There will be a maximum of three attempts. You may be experiencing an over-suds condition causing your issue. See page 5-1 in the link below. Matt Ace technician
