I have a double oven maytag and my bottom oven will not heat up when I turn it on to preheat it stays at 100 degrees. I replaced the bake element so why won’t my oven heat up?

could be a few differnat parts but you first have to verify you have 240v to unit to bake , comonly you will have an no bake issue and you will find the thermal fuse on the back wall of unit had blow witch is a safety shut off if unit over heats, also we see were the relay on control got stuck and unit continued to head and blew the fuse so a service tech to come out and diagnoise may save you alot of headaches, but first start with the power make sure you have 240v
