will not spin on high

Not spinning out fast enough or on high speed can be caused by a lot of different things including the water not completely draining out of the machine before spin. The model number provided is not valid. I believe your washer is a front loader. The model number should be located on the cabinet when you open the door. With a valid model number and more info I will be be able to better assist you. Attached are 2 videos that should help you out as well.
