Tried to put into diagnostic mode, would not except. Unpluged the unit and tried within 6 sec’s still won’t. When you hold the start button for 3 sec’s it llocks the door and under the unit the actuator moves back and forth then tries to run the mot.or. The motor stops then actuator moves back and forth again and doen’t do anything. Not getting it to go in diagnostic mode you can’t tell whats going on. any thing you might know about this machine would be helpful.
I checked the computer board all plugs are seated and all tight. The drain pump works and drains the water out.
No change on red led on the computer board and it is on steady with no change on color. Let me know what you think this could be or any common problems that fail on this washer. Why won’t this unit go into diagnostic mode. I put other ones with no problem.

See provided Technician diagnostics, Job Aids , and service bulletin. There is only one bulletin for this model at this time. If you cannot get the unit into the diagnostic mode by the specific tech. sheet instructions , that is a strong indication of a main control board issue. I would disconnect power for 5- minutes and rest the board. The try to put the unit into diagnostics with the tech. sheet in this link. If you cannot get it into diagnostics, replace the main PCB.
