Hello, I have a front load Kenmore that won’t spin or agitate. Water comes in and drains out fine, the washer stops in the middle of the cycle when it won’t spin. I’ve checked the drama of check the bearings of check the belt I’ve checked the Springs, everything looks mechanically okay. I’ve done some online research and it seems that a motor coupling could be the problem, but it looks like they’re only motor couplings on top-loaders. Can’t find anything on mine, front loader 417-411222410

If the tub spins smoothly by hand and the belt in on the pulley and the unit will not rotate for agitate or spin replace the MCU board in the unit, it was a very common failure. Here is a link to the part you need and video to install it.
