Dryer doesn’t heat it just did this and I’m trying to figure out how to test the heating element I have seen two different people saying two different things one says I shouldn’t have continuity between yellow and blue and one says I should have continuity I’m trying to figure out my self so I get it right

Look at page #12 in the service manual link at the top of the page. It shows the exact terminals to check for the heater and the resistance you should be reading.
