Hello
Look at the service bulletin link below. This issue could have various causes.
* The freezer to refrigerator door alignment needs to be adjusted.
• The freezer basket is not installed correctly, causing the door not to close completely.
• The door gasket is not sealing properly. It may be ripped, replaced or need adjustments.
* If no issues are noted with these checks, or if frost/ice formation persists following the checks, order and install the appropriate service kit. Installation instructions are included with the kit.
For Grey interiors, order Service Kit W10864519.
For White interiors, order Service Kit W10864518

I attached the service manual for you. Run the diagnostics and check for any error codes. These units have a funnel like piece in the corners that will collect any water leak out of the door. It appears this unit has these and is the black plastic piece you are referring to.the water then should drip into the base, where the flood sensor is . Once the water hits the flood sensor it will give an error code and may drain out. The leak could be from poor water flow to the unit. If the unit is not filling with enough water you can get a leak from the spray arms not rotating and spraying water into the corners of the door. This would also cause your poor washing and is likely from your hard water clogging the supply line, shut of valve or inlet valve. Make sure your door seal is good and the spray arms ports are not clogged with debris.clogged spay arms will cause leaking and poor washing as well.

Hello
look at the service bulletin link below. If you have a door seal gap it will let humidity in the FF section and cause the unit to run constantly and freeze food in the crispers. If that is not your issue, go to the troubleshooting guide link.

Hello
You have a either a defective relay on your compressor or a locked up compressor. Part number on the relay is # 10097202. See technician manual and service manual link below.

Hello
Check for 115 volts at the incoming power box to the dishwasher. If you have power there go to the technician sheet link below. This will show you on page #2 where to check power at the door switch and the timer assembly. Also troubleshooting tips on all components.

Hi. Sounds like you have a sealed system issue. The refrigerant valve could not be opening up to let refrigerant to the freezer. This could be a control board or electrical issues as well. Or, you could have a refrigerant leak. I have attached the service manual for you. You should be able to call for cooling to the freezer is diagnostics to see what the issue is.

Hi. I have attached the service manual for you. Take a look at the wire diagram. It looks like incoming power goes to the outdoor unit and then it gets supplied to the indoor unit. There is a 2.5 amp fuse on the incoming power to the indoor unit. This is most likely your issue. I am not sure where this fuse is located.

Hi. The 22 you saw I think was just the step of the diagnostics you were in. This is the damper test. There is not an error code for 22. It sounds like you have a faulty compressor or a refrigerant leak. A faulty relay would cause the compressor to not run. If your compressor and fans are all running and the unit is not cooling you have sealed system failure. A refrigerant leak or compressor that is not compressing properly. These units a lot of times have 10 year warranties on the sealed system. check the warranty. I have attached the service manual for you.

In reply to: Control Board issues

Hi. I have attached the service manual for you. The control board should need to be programmed. Take a look at the program section of the manual. The E39 error code is related to the dispenser. Take a look at the error code in the manual. It doesn’t make sense that 2 new controls would pick up this error code but not the original.
