Question on this range .The complaint is the temperature doesn’t rise above 180 degrees.
Technician came out he found in both bake and broil cycle part is on
the electric element just below the broiler burner . We are not familiar with this type of range. We will really appreciate any input.

The ice maker fill tube in the back of the freezer, freezes after making a cycle or two of ice cubes.

How to get water automatically in the Ice Maker?
Is the user interface display related to this problem?
Which specific part is responsible to send the signal to the core control board so the ice maker can be filled up?
Does the ice maker sends the signal to the core control board to be filled with water?
How does it work?

WHEN I GET IN FRONT OF THE UNIT I WILL CLEAN THE CONDENSER COILS, THEN I WOULD LIKE TO LOOK AT THE EVAPORTOR, BUT I DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY WHERE IT IS LOCATED. THREE QUESTIONS, AM I ON THE RIGHT TRACK WITH THE DIAGNOSIS, IS THERE MORE THAN ONE EVAPORATOR, AND IF YOU HAD TO GUESS, WHAT IS THE MOST COMMON NOT COOLING PROBLEM WITH THE KITCHENID FRIGES. THANKS. This fridge has a defrost issue. I checked the bi-metal thermostat and ohms of the heater which checked out good. Does the main board down by the compressor control defrost in this unit?
Apparently this board is is not available and will have to be sent in for rebuild. Thank you in advance.

The ice maker in my kitchen aid refrigerator is not working at all.

I replaced the control board on this oven a few days ago. Customer called back and says the oven is remaining on and maintaining 170 degrees. History of repair is this. Same symptoms of the oven heating on it’s own prior to me installing a control board from Corecentric. The touch panel before repair had an odd display or chaotic lights and the panel was unresponsive. I sent the touch panel and control to fixyourboard for a rebuild and they said the control board part was non-repairable. Corecentric had a rebuilt in stock. The oven and Microwave seem to work fine and all buttons on the touch panel were responsive and display was normal after install. I’m going to go back and see if I can trace where the heating element is getting power from but any ideas from techs would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance . This is a ice bucket in the door model.
At present the dispenser motor is rusted and very loud.
The ice bucket gear is stripped.
I know I need to replace the ice bucket and dispenser motor.
Per the customer this is the third time the ice bucket has had to be replaced.
The customer had been removing and emptying the bucket, rinsing it out monthly. Until it froze in place.
The ice door is ok. Operating correctly. Freezer temp is 0. No cooling issues.
I sure could use some help on this one.

Error codes have two codes coming up on this unit
after it heats up codes are,F-6 and E-0

The rack in my dishwasher keeps coming off track.

I’m having a tough time putting this ice maker in harvest to test operations, and also the ohm reading on the manufacturers literature doesn’t seem realistic for the ice maker motor, so I’m left scratching my head as to whether I really have a bad ice maker or if I’m not actually troubleshooting it right. Please help! I’m a 13 year experienced A/C tech, but appliances are fairly new to me. Thank you.

My Kitchenaid microwave is displaying an F7 error code. What does this mean?

hi. damper stuck closed. i opened vanes with small screwdriver. put unit into diagnostics. on step 5 damper received 120 v ac. closed the damper vanes but would not open them with a constant 120v. problem is when unit is calling for cold the board is not sending 120 to damper. ff thermister was placed in ice water. reading was normal. i know the damper is bad but is the board bad also. freezer temps are good. compressor runs constantly. yhanks.

My KitchenAid Kuds35fxss9 control panel has become unresponsive.

The dispenser door on my Kitchenaid dishewasher will not close.

i open the panel in the freezer and saw some frost on the coils.
but the fan was not working.
i replaced the fan and it still dose not work

was told everything is running but not getting cold on fridge or freezer
