THE WASHER DOESNT SPIN. CHECKED BOARD NO VISIBLE DAMAGE, WIRING AROUND MOTOR NEAR THE BOTTOM LOOKED ALL GOOD, NO TEARS. COSTUMER SAID SOMETIMES WASHER STARTS TO FILL AFTER DRAIN CYCLE INSTEAD OF SPINNING AND FINISHING. IM THINKING PROBABLY MAIN BOARD? I KNOW THIS UNIT ALSO HAD SOME RECALS PLEASE INCLUDE DIAGNOSTIC MANUALS AND BULLETIN INFO FOR SAMSUNG WASHERS UNLESS THEY THE SAME. THANKS!!

washer keeps repeating spin cycle
sample no load; put in spin only cycle, starts at 10 minutes, goes yo 8 minutes pauses chimes, goes back to 10 minutes. repeats for hours. during spin cycle washer spins, at mid speed shakes a little bit continues to faster, shakes smooth out spin fast okay. (heard this is normal).

I HAVE A SAMSUNG FAMILY HUB REFRIGERATOR. I HAD THE POWER TO THE HOUSE GO OUT AND COME BACK ON DURING THE NIGHT. I ALSO HAVE ON OCASSION FAMILY MEMBERS NOT CLOSING THE LOWER FREEZER DOOR ALL THE WAY AT TIMES. I HAD A MESSAGE ON THE FAMILY HUB SCREEN SAYING ABNORMAL TEMP AND TO HOLD THE OK BUTTON FOR 3 SECONDS. THE NEXT DAY THE FRIDGE WAS NOT WORKING AND FULLY DEFROSTED.

I GOT A CODE 72 : ERROR ABNORMAL FRIDGE

I HAD A LOCAL SERVICE TECH COME OUT AND ADVISED THAT I NEEDED THE FRIDGE UNPLUGGED FOR 24 HOURS AND THEN SHOULD WORK FINE. SAIED THE COMPRESSOR IS FINE.

I UNPLUGGED FOR 24 HOURS AND IT DOES NOT WORK.

I CLEARED THE CODES AND THE SELF DIAGNOSTICS DOES NOT REPORT ANY CODES. ALSO THE RED LIGHT ON THE PCB BOARD IS A SOLID RED. NO BLINKING. I TRIED ALL THE DIFFERENT WAYS OF TRYING TO RESET THE REFRIG BUT NOTHING WORKED.

IT SEEMS LIKE SOMETHING IS WRONG WHERE THE FRIDGE DOES NOT KICK ON THE COMPRESSOR OR THE FANS INSIDE THE FRIDGE. THE FAN NEXT THE COMPRESSOR IS SPINNING. I VACCUMED THE CONDENSOR AND IT IS CLEAR OF ANY DIRT AND DUST.

WOULD IT BE WORTH WHILE TO REPLACE THE PCB BOARD? MAYBE A NEW BOARD WOULD POWER UP THE COMPLRESSOR AND FAN, ETC.?

ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE MUCH APPREICATE. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

My question in I’ve had where I put a machine in diagonistic mode and the engineer that design the computer board didn’t flag the right part to replace with the code that came up. This makes are job harder. How to you know for sure when a wash machine has a computer board and the interface board which is your digital display, which tell you how many minutes the wash cycle is a time dry and the codes displayed. I had one time that it coded that it was the computer board I replaced it and it wasn’t the problem. Whirlpool I called they told me replace the interface board. I did that and that wasn’t the problem. These two boards cost almost $450.00 On this particular whirlpool hand another board that communicated to the computer. That one was replaced also. still didn’t fix the problem. All the board were checked for power and all output relays were checked to see if the output where working or not. All I want to know is there a better way to check the board because diagnotics isn’t always right what the engineer says what it is. If you could imagine this machine to try to fix would of cost over $600 dollars plus labor charges. I called whirlpool and they told me they didn’t know why it wasn’t working. funny thing though it work in diagnotic service mode but you put it back for the customer it wouldn’t work. Very strange.

This dryer became hot and burned up the thermostat completely and some burn marks on the metal inside the machine. I replaced both thermostats, the heating element was grounded so I replaced it also. After reassembling unit and running a few minutes a HE error code came on. We had the vent cleaned and I replaced the thermistor. Unit was used for 2 days and the HE error code has returned.

Any ideas of what to do now?

I have a Family Hub 5 Software update window on my Hub. I am unable to scroll through the message and I am unable to click the Ok or Cancel buttons. I have tried powering off the hub and killing power to the fridge and after each reboot the screen comes back and I can not do anything with it.

I have a screen shot if that would help.

Can I get instructions on how to get into diagnostic mode?
Is there a way to roll back the update process?

Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

I watched your video on how to replace the temp sensor and bi metal fuse on a Samsung RF263TEAESR refrigerator, but you did not list the part number for the bi metal fuse. The part number given is DA32-00029U. This looks up to be the temp sensor. I can find a DA47-00243K, and need to know if this is the correct part. Also the bi metal for the freezer on the bottom is listed as DA47-00243B. Are these interchangeable top to bottom and are they the same as the part DA47-00243K.

Also looking for the Ice Pipe assy. DA62-01368A. Every parts supplier i search indicates this part is not available
Where did you find it for the video?

Thank you for the help.

Wanted to know on the thermostat mounted on the heater next to the thermo fuse. It has 1.4 k ohms of resistance. That’s with one lead of the terminal so you don’t measure anything else in the circuit. Can you tell me how this part works? Just would like to know for my own knowledge. Some have 4 wires on them? So how do they work?

Hello,
I have a Samsung fridge (PN RFG297AABP) that appears to be fine in every way except the compressor isn’t turning on. I was thinking of buying the DA41-00614F Inverter but wanted to contact you first to get your thoughts on what the issue could be. I replaced the compressor relay with no luck. The fridge does not detect any errors.
Thanks,
Brian

Initial problem was that refrigerator wasn’t cooling. Main control board and powersupply was replaced. A month later customer calls that refrigerator is not cooling again and now is making a loud noise. Any suggestions?

We went to service a Samsung fridge that is not cooling on fresh or freezer side. Error code displayed as 22 C but we could not find anything with this error code. Compressor is a bit on the warm side but not hot and it does turn on. Evaporator and fan look good as well. Please advise.

There is a very small leak that sometimes gets into the drip pan underneath and sets off the leak detector. It is a very small amount of water and I cannot findmwhere it is coming from, as it doesn’t always leak.

There is a small chunk of the door seal missing on the side of the leak. It is about 2” from the bottom. This missing piece is about 1/8” of the lip and about 3/16” long. Could this be the source, even though I cannot find a visible water path.
