On this model we have a problem where sensor dry doesn’t stop, clothing is hot, doesn’t shut off and does not go into cool down.

Hi. Is the unit working properly on timed dry? Is so check your moisture sensor if it has one. Did you get any error codes? Test your thermistor. Does it still heat on air fluff? If so you may have a shorted element or a faulty control.

Thanks for the quick response. It does not work properly on time dry either. Moisture sensor tested ok. No error codes. Not sure about air fluff, we have reached out to the customer for that answer.
