I’m not seeing a damper in refrigerator save in I/M room. Crisper and side controls off. Where is this refrigerator getting it’s cold air and how is it controlled? From Ice room and or freezer evaporator? Where are the vents for the air? Thank you.

I’ve ordered the refrigerator thermistor…but not sure where it’s located….can’t find tech sheet to go into diagnostics to check components that way.

Hello
See the technician sheet and the service bulletin on the refrigerator compartment too cold. The cause is Ice maker is not connected to water and the ice maker on/off switch is in the on position. Even though no water is supplied, the Ice maker continues to try to make ice which causes the Ice compartment temperature to remain at 15° F (-10° C). Over a long period of time combined with minimal entry into the refrigerator compartment, temperatures may gradually drop below the set temperature in the refrigerator compartment. If this is not your issue go to the technician diagnostics. Matt Ace technician
