Hello
See the diagnostic guide and the wireing diagram. There is no question you have a dead short to ground. I would start by shutting of the power and removing the bake and Broil elements. Then make sure the terminals have good connections and none are shorted to the case. We have had terminals with bad connections burn off the element and touch the case for dead shorts.
