This is a side-by-side Samsung refrigerator where neither fan is currently operating both bottoms are called in the coils are getting cold but me there fan is operated I tried installing a 2500 rpm Samsung refrigerator fan and also did not operate could this be caused by a faulty control board possibly I am trying to repair this for my Customer asap because Christmas is around the corner.

Fan in fridge not working. Fan in freezer not working. Compressor fan is operating
Replacing the fan. Wating 30 mins for it to kick on

Hello
If both motors are not working it sounds like a board issue. I would run the unit through diagnostics to verify with the link below.( Technical diagnostics mode and service information ) this will confirm if it is the board. Matt Ace technician

Self Diagnosis: Press Energy Saver & Light-ing buttons simultaneously (No sound when both buttons are pressed at the same time) for 8-12 seconds, until the display quits blinking and beeps. Release buttons and read Fault Codes. This will also cancel the Fault Mode created by self-diagnosis at power up. Its all in the link below
