I have replace door lock and door switch the washer door still buzzes when I close it doesn’t lock and start what could be the next problem these parts are brand-new do you think I could have a defective part or is there something else I need to check.

Hi. How is the door strike? It could be damaged, not fully engaging into the door latch. Its p# 131763302 . Attached is a link with a picture of this part. I have attached the tech sheet for you on this unit. Checked for stored error codes. What error codes are stored? Also, run the diagnostic cycle to see what happens.
