compressor will not come on.condenser fan runs, lights on inside that’s it

What have you tried so far?
Checked voltage at inverter board. I had 5volts, unplug unit plug back in relays click and water valve came on 1 sec. led light on inverter blinks

Can you provide the brand of the refrigerator and the correct model number. For the brand just add the first two letters and it will auto populate ( WH ) Whirlpool. Thanks
