Drain pump not draining water out. Does the service manuel show this code. Send me the service manuel for this front load washer.

What have you tried so far?
I put a meter on the output of pump terminals. It doesn’t have a 115 vac on the pump. Can I test it with the plug unpludged and should get 115vac. If I can’t get 115 vac on the terminals is the computer board bad. It can’t supply the output.why do I get F23 and what does that mean?
