That is strange. Couple questions for you. In diagnostic mode do you have to depress the paddle to get water to dispenser? Also, which board did you replace? p# 67006390? Did you program the new board with the correct code on the model sticker? I have also attached a link with our repair videos on similar modes even though they are not for this exact issue.

We replaced the dispenser board Part # 67006294. In test mode the dispenser controls work as they should. Depressing the paddle gives you water and ice. After you exit test mode the controls stop working. The board has the right code that’s on the data plate. The fridge acts like it does not see the dispenser controls.

W10310240 is the part number I meant to ask you if you installed. This is the H.V board in the back. It sounds like this is going to be the issue. We know everything works in diagnostic mode, and you have already replaced the dispenser board so I would have to think the H.V board is the only thing it could be.
