door alarm won't stop

I purchased your video about the door sensors and have checked both of them with multimeter and magnet and both are working correctly, but we still get the door alarm pretty much all the time. I have checked and cleaned all the gaskets and confirmed the fridge is level and I have reset fridge multiple times by disconnecting power for 3 minutes and it always comes back. Is it possibly the reed switch in the back wall of the refrigerator? How does the fridge know if the bottom 2 freezer doors are shut or not? Don’t see where they would put sensors for the bottom 2 freezer doors.
