Pan under fridge is full of scummy water, should I clean it and add water and replace? its a Viking Professional 36″ refrigerator with freezer on the bottom.

So this is a well known problem for these viking units. There was a pan heater designed to go below the water pan on each of these model. The problem is that the bottom didn’t get warm enough to cause the water to evaporate so you need to install the new pan heater.
