We’re trying to determine what’s wrong with our dryer. The drum isn’t turning when it’s on, and my husband thinks the belt has broken. Is there another possibility? I saw an idler video that had similar problems as well. Wanted a resource for him to take a look at before trying to fix himself. Thanks!

It very well could be the idler pulley. The belt itself will be easy enough to check when you get the cover off. I’ve attached a link to a similar repair and the part number for the idler pulley (8547174). Feel free to take a look and see what you find, and get back to us with specifics.
