When I arrived it was on the normal dial setting and will not allow to change it. When I push start it flashes “err” . No error codes. When I press the cancel and start it flashes “err” and not error code. It will not cancel. There is not tech sheet in the unit. It makes no difference to unplug it for several minutes, it still come on the normal cycle and repeats the same symptoms. What does the “err” mean? Do you have a tech sheet or service manual and any experience you could share on this problem?
