The blower runs continually. You can program the bake or broil temperature but nothing happens. When the unit first powers up F.14 appears the It disappears and the clock time appears. What is f14? I need the tech sheet.

I have attached a technician diagnostic sheet and a Job Aid. I did not see the F14 codelisted for your specific model.
I have found one resource online about the F14 Error :
** F14 showed up once, range is 4 years old. When I unplugged, the cord was noticeably warm to touch. F14 is a memory corruption on the Clock Module . Replacing the module is your only fix. This is only an online post. I would run the diagnostics to confirm.
