It’s saying stuck key.
I changed the kaypad and I still got the same error.
I changed the control board and I am still getting the same error.

F2 E1 is a stuck keypad, however it is the glass touch panel and not the control board. The correct part # WP9761566. I have also attached the tech sheet with wiring diagram for you.

WP9761566 is the first car that I changed and I’m still getting the same error message. Is it possible we can be the ribbon wire

Having replaced both parts the only explanation we have could be that you unfortunately got a bad touch panel replacement or the ribbon is somehow compromised

Do u have a part number for the ribbon
