We are having an issue with this wall oven showing an F6E0 error code when going into the diagnostic mode. After researching, we found it is an issue with the boards or control panel. Is there any way to test which is the faulty part causing this issue?

Hi. The F6E0 error code is a communication error code. Unfortunately there is not a test procedure to show which part is faulty. You can follow the steps in the tech sheet for this error which may get you further towards a diagnosis. You will find after running through the tests it will instruct you to first replace the wide interface board and if that does not correct the issue replace the microwave appliance manager. I have attached the tech sheet for you. Go to page 7 where your F6E0 error code will be listed. You can follow the steps it provides. The most likely part that is faulty would be the wide interface board.
