This is the fresh food ice maker not the freezer . Does the service diagnostic test #99 energize both valves?
When I did the Fresh Food Ice Maker test #99 I hear the triple valve in the french door energize but only get about 60 volts at the inlet at the back where the water source attaches. Is this a board issue? The ohms ia 397. Could this be a wire issue? What does this sound like? The filter is installed correct. The water dispenser works great. It appears to me that that primary valve is not energizing and allowing water to pass through it.

See complete manual link below. Ice maker diagnostic testing is on page #87. There are many possibilities with your symptom on this model. Are you sure you have good water pressure up to the valve ? If it does go to page #87 -#90 to run through the diagnostics. Matt Ace technician
