all burners continue to click after burners light.

What have you tried so far?
switches check ok, we replaced spark module twice,same thing.won’t stop sparking

Did this unit get wet? Something boil or spill over into the switches? This will cause the switches to spark all the time even when off unless you unplug the unit. If this is the case, usually you can unplug it for 24 hrs to dry out and it will stop. If this is only happening after the burner has lit it could have a short somewhere or voltage could be incorrect. Does this happen when you turn on any of the burners or only a certain one?
