THE UNIT HAS 3 ERROR CODES; SUD, F21 AND F35. THERE ISN’T ANY SOAP IN THE MACHINE. THE PUMP IS WORKING AND THERE ARE NO BLOCKAGES. THE TUBE TO THE ANALOG PRESSURE SWITCH IS OPEN.

I GUESS I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO TEST THE ANALOG PRESSURE SWITCH, IF POSSIBLE. ANY OTHER IDEAS WOULD BE APPRECIATED. ALSO IS THERE ANYWAY TO CLEAR ERROR HISTORY ON THIS UNIT?
THERE WAS A MENTION OF CLEARING VENT HOSE, WHERE MIGHT THAT BE, AS I DIDN’T THINK ANY HOSES I COULD SEE WERE VENT HOSES.

THANKS

What have you tried so far?

I’VE; 1] CLEARED THE PUMP AND DRAIN HOSES. 2]CLEARED THE TUBE TO THE P. SWITCH. 3]RAN THROUGH THE AUTO DIAGNOSTICS WITH NO ERRORS. 4]OHMED OUT CABLE TO P SWITCH WHICH HAS CONTINUITY.

All are long drain codes. If the analog pressure switch doesn’t detect a change in water level it may give all 3 codes. I have attached the tech sheet for this model and it will give you step by step information you will need to determine issue, however it is my opinion based on the information you provided that it is a bad drain pump impeller or in fact a bad analog switch.(based on the f*35 error)

WELL THE DRAIN PUMP WORKED THROUGH THE DIAGNOSTIC CHECK, SO I THINK IT’S OK. I FOUND ANOTHER PRESSURE SWITCH AND SWAPPED IT OUT AND IT RAN THROUGH A CYCLE WITH NO ERRORS. HOWEVER, THE DRAIN PUMP RAN CONTINUOUSLY UNLESS IT WAS IN THE SPIN CYCLE. SO I’M THINKING CCU. DO YOU AGREE OR COULD SOMETHING ELSE CAUSE THIS ISSUE? PERHAPS THIS IS WHY THE UNIT WAS RETURNED AND WE SEE THE LONG PUMP OUT ERROR. THE UNIT APPEARS TO BE BRAND NEW. WE ARE A WHOLESALER. WE GET RETURNS FROM MANY OF THE MAJOR APPLIANCE SUPPLIERS HERE IN THE USA. THANKS
