I have a decent amount of water freezing in the bottom of my freezer and sometimes some water in the bottom of my refrigerator. What would be causing this? I checked temperatures and they seemed fine.

Willie, this sounds like your defrost drain is either clogged or frozen. We’ve changed out a number of them recently to keep this from happening but you can use some hot water to force the line open and see if it solves it. Occasionally we have to change it out but clearing it may work just as well. Let us know!
