Hi. The lights will flash when buttons are pressed if the control lock is on. Make sure the control lock is not on. IF not, you could have an issue with the touch panel. I have attached the tech sheet for you.

The control lock is not activated. And I was not successful and putting it into diagnostic mode I have also tried turning the power off and back on and all the option lights just keep going on

6-919765 is the part number for a black touch panel. I could not find any videos for this repair. You will need to separate the door by removing the screws around the inner edge of the door. Once inside the door you will see the touch panel and any screws holding it in place.
