Customer said, that dryer is about 6 months old. Since the beginning dryer takes too long too dry.
I checked the vent, it is clear(it is only about 2 feet long). took dryer apart to check fan housing, High limit and other sensors, all check good. put back together. Tested dryer, the heating igniter and gas valve cycled on and off during cycle. I could feel the warm air come out the vent. Tested load of silky fibrics, set timer for 80 minutes. At 40 minutes load was still damp. any help would be great!

See the srvice bullietin below. If the dryer is not heating , the igniter may not be properly positioned in the burner opening , reposition the igniter assembly. Gently push up on the igniter where the metal bracket wraps around the white ceramic base until the tip of the igniter is even with the burner opening. See complete instructins in the links below.
