All buttons work on the microwave but programmed to start the machine the timer just clicks down and the turntable does not turn

The model number you provided is not valid. It should be located around the cabinet of the oven once the door is opened or on the inside wall of the microwave. Is the unit still operating other than the turntable? Does it still heat to cook food? This issue can be caused by a faulty door switch or a faulty control board. Also, a bad turntable motor or cam that connects the turntable to the turntable motor. I would start by testing your door switches. IF you need any further assistance please let me know.
