This refrigerator had dispenser issue both water and Ice was not dispensing. A technician went out twice replacing the Power Supply and control board behind the lcd touch panel. now the customer says, he left my house with no cooling. I checked to verify if in fact they did replace the parts – positive with a new firmware. no fans running except the lights come on and the display turns on to touch the screen.

See service bulletin link below on dispenser issue. As far as the no cooling issues . If the unit was cooling before he put in the control board and power supply, I am sure there is :
1) Wrong board installed .
2) A harness not plugged in all of the way or a harness plugged into the wrong port.
3) I suspect the dispenser issue is this service bulletin correction.
The technician unit needs read the schematic in the link below to determine what happened with the new board installation. Matt Ace technician
