Not cooling, evaporator fan not moving. There is power to it. Its like it’s in magnetic field. Try spinning it won’t start up.

What have you tried so far?
Like I said tried spinning the fan. Just goes back into the same position like in a magnetic field. This is a dc motor. How do you know the controller or just the fan? No schematic so I don’t know what the dc voltage is. Do you have a schematic for this unit?

Fairly straight forward diagnosis on this one.If you have proper power to evaporator fan motor and it is not running it needs to be replaced.Be sure to double check that you do have proper power as apposed to just a reading on an electrical testing pen before replacing though.
