Hello, I have a scratch and dent dryer that is new it only works on time dry. when you put it on normal it works but just does not flame up?

Hi. I can not locate the tech sheet or service manual at this time. It will not heat at all on the normal setting? I know a lot of the new dryers have an energy saving setting that is preset to come on for the normal cycle. It will use more of an air fluff with no heat to dry and the cycle will take much longer, but it will still give some heat. Check for these energy saver settings. Does the unit heat on the other automatic cycles? Please double check that the model number you provided is correct.

there is no heat on normal at all. could it be the moisture bars or the board? yes the model is right.

Yes, it could be either the board or sensor. Check wiring and for loose connections
