make sure you have 240v into unit. the burner switchs operate alone from the board and the oven is only run through relays on control. so unless you have muliple different issues then 120v into oven and not 240v would be the only logical problem for no heat on all burners and oven.

Are you getting any power to your burner switches ? Are the burner indicator lights coming on ? Are you getting power into control board and out of the board. Have you checked the cooktop lockout board ? Part number #316418101
