So it takes a long time for it to preheat the igniter is fine after some time the oven shuts off but the preheat light remains on

Yes, it could be CPU, look at the error codes on the tech. sheet for verification.

    Thanks for your quick response I have replace the igniter with a new one and I’m getting the same issue can it be a computer issue because the oven shuts off and the preheat light is still on
