After about 20 minutes my oven beeps as if preheated, but according to my thermostat inside it is about 50 degrees too low. Not sure what that means as far as needing fixed or if we have to replace a part? Am hoping it’s nothing major seeing as I still have to host my family holiday party! Help!

If you still have your book that came with it you should be able to re-calibrate the oven and see if that fixes your issue. Sometimes it really is as simple a fix as that. But if it doesn’t work, we’d suggest replacing the ERC. It is a little pricey but it may be failing and not bringing the oven up to temperature. Let us know if there’s any more we can do and hopefully this gets you working for the holidays again.
