Had a guy ask me to checkout a fridge. He said it wouldn’t start. I checked the compressor and there was nothing plugged into the compressor. I ohm-ed it and got 10, 7 and 4 and none to ground. I put a 3n1 on it and plugged it in and it ran like a charm pulling 2.8 amps. Max load said 6 amps. So what do I need to put original parts in this unit. I think I have found the 3 parts but want to make sure they are right. Thank you!!

Could there possibly be a capacitor for the third part?

I am not seeing a capacitor on this one. You can take a look at the parts break down and see what you think. https://www.savemoreonparts.com/appliance/ctx14cyxkrad/section/7691004
