Have you been to the unit yet? I find that a lot of the time the customer has not got the water filter in all the way or it didn’t seat correctly. I would start by removing the filter and make sure it is the correct one and reinstall.

Yes I have. The water filter was installed correctly and ice maker is producing ice just not dispensing it . Basically temps are perfect , bin is full of ice but the dispenser won’t dispense ice or water . Im leaning towards the dispenser being bad but not sure if the main pcb controls this also.
