Having issue with Samsung refri. RS2530BSH the mullein heater between the s/s doors are very hot 155 degrees, my question is are the heater control by the main control board. Thanks

Matt, I would check to see if you have a plugged condenser or a condenser fan motor that is not running. The main control board most likely is not your issue.
