There is no water or ice in the tray for either the ice makers, water despencer at door works, water not being delivered neither of the ice maker tray, No tech sheet or wiring schmatics, is the ice makers being controlled by the main control board? I feel each one of them share common problem or board. Please, help

Water is being despenced at door, water comes out of filter, i have no tech sheet or wiring schmatics for unit, so, i am not sure if both ice maker are being activated by the same control board, i feel they share a common problem. not sure if the thermister input is feed to a board and no output no activation . Thank you
