Also when it goes in to agitate or spin mode the motor makes a hum noice but the drum spins freely. Also you don’t have to push the start button to start the cycle

Hello
See the complete diagnostics technician link below. I would start with the push to start switch. It sounds like it is stuck in the closed position. Then I would go to section 1-16 in the service manual link below to proceed foward. Matt Ace technician
