GE Washer fills with water and starts to turn for about 5 seconds and then stops.

Model Number
Gfw510scn0ww
What have you tried so far?

3.5 ohms at the motor windings R, W, N
Connection R-22 and B-22 in and out for hall sensor is 116 ohms.
Inverter: I checked line voltage for 102 VAC-132VAC. I am getting 120 ac to the inverter. Connection at inverter (J401) to motor: 77 acv at W, N and R, N. All this while in diagnostic mode and in test 14 which is the inverter test. I have a wiring diagram that I used not much help tho, it didnt say anyrhing about the hall sensor or accelerometer.

Hello
Go to the (Service Manual) link below. Run the unit though the (Field Service Mode diagnostic tests). Then all of the Fault cods are in the (Technician Sheet) on page #72.

I do not understand this step: “CAUTION: DO NOT test the output DC voltage from the inverter to the motor!! The best practice would be to read the resistance between any two wires that connect to the stator. This should read approximately 14.2 2 (ohms) for a single phase. If proper resistance is found and the inverter has 120 VAC at the P101 connector, replace the inverter.” The motor windings have a resistance of 3.5. There is no P101 connector, im assuming they meant J101 which is getting 120 ac. J401 goes straight to the motor. This connection has a resistance across all pins of: 16.9 ohms.
