I’m the only one on today and am not sure if this is just a matter of clearing the drain? Am hoping so but wasn’t sure how typical these symptoms are.

I would definitely start with the drain on this, it could be connected to all those symptoms. Check all your components while in there and see if anything else is failing. But could be a matter of clearing, thawing, and letting it de-ice for 24 hours before restarting and then keeping an eye on it.
