I need technical advice. This is the second time in the last 6 months this has happen. What is causing the failure to reoccur ?
I changed the board in July 2016 and it worked fine. At that time it would defrost numerous times and show H1 or H2. Then later after unplugging it it would work for a while the repeat. It has worked fine till 12/15/2016. Now it defrosted and showed H 1 and the later it cleared and started.

Hello
The H1 error is a (freezer temperature above 26 degrees ) . This is a above normal temperature issue. You need to run the unit through the diagnostic service mode with the technician sheet link provided below. It could be a number of possibilities including Evaporator Fan, Thermistor, Damper, Condenser fan Motor, Compressor, Sealed system leak , ERC, defrost system. You should show an error when running diagnostics. Matt Ace technician
