Usually a bad fuse will cut off power to the whole unit so nothing will work. You could have a bad door switch or Magnatron and diode. These are the most common parts to fail. Here are a couple videos to help you.

Robert, yes the 25 amp fuse is a common problem. It is the less cost effective part you can try. Matt Ace technician
