Hello
I would start with verifying the water level, most poor wash conditions are due to low or no water to dissolve the detergent. Other items to check:
1) Poor wash due to draining, dispensing, and/or temperature problem.
2) Plugged water inlet valve . – Low water pressure
3) Spray arms not rotating, busted / cracked or plugged.
4) Plugged or damaged coarse screen.

Thanks for responding but lower spray arm is gear driven. Did not know how to check that part of dw what you sent was lower spray arm that turns freely by hand
